This path includes
Ten weeks dedicated to women’s, men’s and sneaker footwear using the Arsutoria methodology—from last flattening and base shell creation to full pattern pieces with the technical details needed for prototyping. Students work through pumps, sandals, lace-ups, boots, derby, oxfords, moccasins, and sneaker constructions including top-lasted, Strobel and knitted uppers.
Five weeks in the Arsutoria sample room with lab technicians, covering cutting, preparation, stitching, lasting and soling across moccasins, traditional shoes and leather sneakers. After online preparation coursework, students build complete samples hands-on in Milan.
