Starting from proportion, perspective, and technical precision on paper, students work across the main bag typologies, then move into Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and VizCom AI to turn hand-drawn concepts into polished renderings—testing leather textures, hardware, and structural details without losing creative momentum.
With design skills in place, students analyze international trends and brand case histories, then plan a collection framework: product categories, pricing, trend vs. volume balance, carry-over, and material or color variants. The module ends with an individual collection project guided by Arsutoria professors.
Students work hands-on in a real bag sample room with Arsutoria lab technicians, discovering how a style is born and how a sample is made—from understanding construction categories, edge finishings, and reinforcements to leather cutting, gluing, assembling, stitching, and polishing. The journey covers small leathergoods, casual bags, and elegant styles, bridging design vision with the technical skills needed to understand how bags are actually built.
