Dieci settimane dedicate alle calzature donna, uomo e sneaker con la metodologia Arsutoria—dallo spianamento della forma e la struttura di base ai cartamodelli completi con i dettagli tecnici necessari alla prototipazione. Gli studenti realizzano décolleté, sandali, scarpe stringate, stivali, derby, oxford, mocassini e costruzioni sneaker, incluse tomaie top-lasted, Strobel e in maglia.
Cinque settimane nella sala campioni di Arsutoria con i tecnici del laboratorio, su taglio, preparazione, cucitura, montaggio e suolatura—tra mocassini, scarpe tradizionali e sneaker in pelle. Dopo un corso di preparazione online, gli studenti costruiscono campioni completi in aula a Milano.

I was selling shoes my whole life before and I also studied fashion management and then I wanted to switch into the industry and then I started the internship at Birkenstock (...) I did some research for where to go, what can I do, where is the best place to go... and Arsutoria came up obviously as soon as I searched it (...) I really enjoy the teachers here it's such a nice atmosphere everything is so on high level. We have a lot of practical lessons which I really enjoy and then a lot of theoretical lessons and I've just feel like that this is actually the best place to go
